The Nurse Practice Act Test you are about to take was developed in 2006 by the Education Team from the statutes and rules of the Arizona State Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act and revised in 2019 by a team of nursing faculty and nursing students. It consists of 50 multiple-choice items covering areas of the Nurse RN / LPN LICENSURE BY EXAMINATION FAQS Make sure you complete each question on the application, leaving no blanks. Enclose a copy of acceptable documentation of lawful presence with your application.
