MY COCKATIEL'S NOSE LOOKS BLOCKED? PLEASE HELP. Tiki's nose often gets clogged with newspaper dust and fine feather bits. I usually wet my fingers and wipe them over her nostrils, or spray a fine mist from a spray bottle. You can also use a very small syringe and squirt a bit of water in. Tiki blows the water out right away and the nostrils clear. PARROTLET DIET? WHAT PELLETS/SEED MIX? Squid is fed. Pellets: zupreem fruit blend and high potency coarse harrison pellets. Fresh: And then they get daily veggies, grains, sprouts, etc every day, and at night she gets mashed meal of oatmeal, sweetpotatoe and blended veggies mixed together and served hot. She is also fed some seed at night before bed. SAFE LUMBER FOR INDOOR AVIARY 5/21/16. #1. Hey everyone, I'm building an indoor aviary for my Grey. It will be 7' long, 5' Wide, 7 feet tall. I already bought some good Stainless Steel mesh, now I"m just trying to figure out what wood to use. I went to my local hardware store and the only thing that seemed like it would be safe is some Kiln Dried SPF (Spruce PIne Fir). HELP MY CONURE ATE MY DIAMOND EARRING Hi Guys! Im new on this so not sure how it works! Anyways I THINK my lil buddy just ate my diamond earring..he was playing with my ear and biting my earring stud and he ATE IT! I felt him playing with my earring and to make sure i touched my earring and it was there.. than a few seconds later i got up and the backing fell in my lap and i quickly touched my ear again and the earring stud is gone!!!BUTT IN THE AIR
After a while he would hint that he wanted a scratch. and I got to scratch his head under his wings little on his belly. (all in his cage) so here is the weird part after a while pete got on his perch and put his but up in the air (vent straight at me) and hinted he wanted his back scratched. I started rubbing his back and we wouldstick his
IS HUMAN GRADE RAW MILLET SAFE FOR FEEDING? Texas. Real Name. Bailey. 12/24/13. #4. I don't think I know any birds who are crazy over hulled millet..so i don't know if your birds will eat it, but it is safe (considering that we don't cook the dry seed we feed them). Rest in Peace, my sweet Allie. PET STORE SAFETY WITH ZIP TIES Location. Washington. 9/3/12. #3. The danger was not on chewing them. I also think that tiels would have less of a danger since they are not nearly as playful. Puck cut himself on a zip-tie because it was cut and created a sharp edge, as cut zip ties do. He was just being a playful conure and ended up hurting himself. HOW LONG UNTIL NEW CARPET IS SAFE? 4/26/13. #11. Yes you should let it off gas the VOC's from the adhesives used and air out but carpeting does not have formaldehyde in it anymore according to this article. The Carpet And Rug Institute Blog: Truth About Carpet and Formaldehyde. this one states that carpet does not contain any significant amounts of it.LOG IN OR SIGN UP
