LOW COUNTRY BOIL

Instructions. Fill large pot about 3/4 full of water, place on an outdoor cooker and bring to a boil. **2 bottles of beer may be added if desired. Turn to a med-high heat. Add Old Bay Seasoning and mix into water. Gently place potatoes into pot - cook 10 minutes. Add corn, sausage and onions - cook for 5 CAROLINA GOLD BBQ SAUCE RECIPE Instructions. To a small pot over medium-high heat, whisk all ingredients together and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes stirring occasionally. Remove the sauce from the stove and let cool. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to use. RANCH DILL PICKLES (TIKTOK RECIPE) Ingredients For Ranch Dill Pickles. The ingredients for this recipe are easily found in any grocery store. Ranch Seasoning – I use Hidden Valley Ranch. I’m a fan and love the intensity of the flavor. CAROLINA VINEGAR BBQ SAUCE Instructions. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer cooking for 2 minutes until sugar and salt dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool. Store in a covered jar or bottle in the refrigerator until ready to use. It can be stored for up

to 3 weeks.

SAUTÉED MUSHROOMS

Gently wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel. Slice and place in small bowl. Heat cast iron skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and butter. When butter is melted, add mushrooms and stir to coat. Cook for 4 minutes. Add house seasoning and stir mushrooms. Turn heat down to medium low and continue to cook for approximately 5 minutes. ALL TIME BEST TUNA SALAD Instructions. To a medium-size bowl, add tuna, eggs, celery, red onion, celery seed. In a small bowl or jar, add mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Mix or shake together. Pour over tuna and other ingredients. Stir to combine. Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

BBQ RED SLAW

Instructions. Place chopped cabbage in a large bowl. Whisk together ketchup, vinegar, sugar salt and pepper. Pour dressing over cabbage and toss until well mixed. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve with pulled pork on rolls, ribs or BBQ chicken. CUCUMBER AND ONION REFRIGERATOR PICKLES Instructions. Slice cucumbers and onions thinly. Whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a small bowl and pour over cucumbers and onions. Chill in the fridge for about an hour before serving. Store refrigerator pickled in covered bowl or jar with a lid in the fridge for up to a week.

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Put butter in a large cast iron skillet then place in oven till butter melts. In a pie pan or shallow dish, beat egg and water until mixed. Place breadcrumbs, flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and steak seasoning in a zip top bag and shake until blended. Dip chicken legs into egg mixture then into the dry

ingredients.

Instructions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a tube pan and set aside. Add butter, sugar, and shortening to the bowl of a stand mixer and cream for about 5 minutes until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. While mixer is on low, add vanilla

and dash of salt.

AWARD WINNING SOUTHERN SOUL CHILI Stir in beer, beef broth, minced garlic, Worcestershire, vinegar, and honey. Stir to blend ingredients. Simmer for about 1.5 hours stirring frequently allowing chili flavors to marry. If sauce gets too thick, add water in 1/4 cup amounts. Add beans and cook another 30 minutes, stirring frequently.

BEST BAKED BEANS

Drain beans but DO NOT rinse. Mix ketchup, BBQ sauce, sugar, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in the bottom of a medium size dutch oven or baking dish. Add beans and mix well. Layer bacon on top of beans. Cover with dutch oven lid or tin foil. Place beans and cook for 30. Remove covering and cook for an additional 30

minutes.

CROCK POT CHICKEN THIGHS Instructions. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet or heavy bottom pan. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and sear, skin side down until golden. Remove the chicken from the pan and place skin side up in the crock pot. To a medium-size bowl, add ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic, onion powder dried thyme, dried parsley, and dried

mustard.

EASY AIR FRYER WHOLE CHICKEN Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Lightly coat with cooking spray and sprinkle with Montreal Steak Seasoning and salt on all sides Place, breast side down, in the basket of Air Fryer. Set temperature to 360 degrees for 40 minutes. Using tongs, turn chicken and continue to cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes. Insert an instant-read thermometer. CRANBERRY PECAN SLAW Instructions. Add slaw mix, apple, cranberries, pecans and onions to a large bowl. Toss to mix all ingredients. Set aside. In a small bowl, add mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Whisk together until smooth. Pour 3/4 of dressing over slaw and toss until mixed well. Add remaining dressing if desired. TOMATO CUCUMBER SALAD In a mixing cup or small bowl, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, Italian seasoning, garlic, salt and pepper. Using a whisk, blend until well mixed. Pour dressing over tomatoes, cucumbers and onions. Toss salad. Can be served immediately or stored in the fridge, covered for up to 2 days.
