Geno Ortiz came this morning to fix a slow drain in my bathroom. He was quick, efficient, knowledgeable. He was friendly & he arrived early (with a prior phone call asking if it was ok). He fixed my issues, gave me advice & tips on keeping my drains clear. I will definitely be doing more plumbing business in the future with ASI. I thought they were only HVAC, so I'm very pleased they have branched out. They installed my AC over 20 yrs ago & it's still running like a champ! Thank you ASI!! I had a really bad experience with you today. The person(won't mention the name you know) seemed very unsure of himself. I needed a replacement T valve with shutoff replaced. He spent at least 10 min just looking at the valve. I immediately realized he did not know what he was doing. He had his ipad out and I believe he was texting some one about the situation. I asked how much is this going to cost. He said about 1000.00 and a few hours. I was surprised. It is a small piece that needed to be replaced. He was talking about having to remove the dishwasher and something about a pressure regulator. I just wanted him to replace the part that broke. I called the office and they, of course stood by their employee. Which I understand. He finally left without fixing any thing. He was here for over a half hour and did nothing. No tools no questions. He was sent on his way. I went to Lowe's got the part and fixed it myself in about a half hour. Everything working great. I am not sure what happened. He seemed unsure of himself as soon as he arrived. Very disappointing. Reviewed by kim soper on May 7, 2019.

My kitchen sink was leaking, I could tell the problem was the garbage disposal and I assumed the worst, that it would need to be replaced. ASI installed my furnace a little over a year ago so I decided to try their plumbing service. I called this morning, expecting an appointment to be days away. Larry came out in two hours, immediately saw that a screw was missing from the top of the garbage disposal assembly. It had jiggled loose and that was causing the leak. He put it back together tightly and got a screw from his truck to replace the missing one. And he didn’t charge me for the visit — such a surprise! I’m so grateful! We had Dan Denney - ASI Camera Guy - show up in pouring rain last night to "find" a broken pipe permeated with roots and dirt (debris that was previously pulled out of our pipe by another ASI plumber). Dan's a super nice guy with years of experience - professional, informative, honest, believable - pipe whisperer extraordinaire! WHAT AN ASSET TO YOUR TEAM!!! Unfortunately, the fix will require some slab work but I'm confident Dan located the exact spot. Thank you, Dan!!! We are grateful for the service you provided our family. He also gave me some do's and don't suggestion and/or recommendations for a long lasting flow free bathroom sink, and as well to look for possible future failure in other areas of the sink.
