Fulton County's road system has suffered extensive damage from a series of heavy rains over the past few weeks, according to the Fulton County Judge's office. LOCAL NEWS: THAYER MAN ARRESTED ON FELONY CHILD After an investigation by the Thayer Police Department, Matthew D. Forschler, of Thayer, Mo., was arrested on three class E felony counts of child molestation in the fourth degree. According to court documents filed March 23, Sgt. Stephen Biffle with the Thayer PD, has been investigating allegations made against Forschler since last year, 2020.
