The Hub at Auburn project is an exciting, new residential development planned for a 142,877 square foot site located in Auburn, Alabama by Core Spaces, LLC. The property is strategically located at the corner of Cox Street and Genelda Avenue, just north of the campus of Auburn University. Oak Brook Commons is an exciting new mixed-use development on the former McDonald’s Headquarters site located on the north side of 22nd Street adjacent to the Oak Brook Shopping Center. This 17.5-acre multiuse project is planned to include: - Multi-Family Building 5401 NORTH | MASTER PLANNING | ANTUNOVICH ASSOCIATES Antunovich Associates is working with Commercial Properties Realty Trust to construct the 5401 North Apartments, 6.5-acre residential development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Four residential structures anchor each corner of the site, with each building containing a mix of one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, and two-bedroom apartments for a total of 48 units per building. THE MARKET COMMON CLARENDON The Market Common Clarendon is a unique mixed-use development, located within the greater Washington D.C. area.
