GOOGLE SHEETS: SPREADSHEET SETTINGS Notice in the screenshot below that my formula in C5 is =SUM (C1:C5) and the sum says 45. This is because when you turn on "Iterative calculation" it asks you how many times to do the circular reference. The default is 50. When editing a Google Form, in the settings cog, is the option to “Edit after submit.” This gives you the false assumption that students can come back to GOOGLE SLIDES: ANIMATE ITEMS TOGETHER Select all of the items together and click "Add animation" in the Animations panel. You can multiple select by holding down the shift key and clicking on the items on the slide. You can also "lasso" the items to select multiple items at once. When you choose to add animation on a group of items, they will appear together at the sametime.
GOOGLE SPREADSHEETS: ABSOLUTE CELL REFERENCING Cell referencing is when you use a formula to refer to a cell. In a spreadsheet you start a formula with an equals sign (=) and then command the spreadsheet to complete a task. Example: typing =5+6 into a cell and pressing enter will calculate the value and return 11. GOOGLE DOCS: STOP EMAIL NOTIFICATIONS In the upper right hand corner of the Google Docs is a button that says “Comments.”. This button is found to the left of the blue share button. Click on the “Comments” button to reveal an option for “Notifications.”. Clicking on the “Notifications” button shows that you are set to receive notifications on “All” comments GOOGLE CLASSROOM: MAKE A COPY FOR EACH STUDENT Here is the trick. Open up your original and use Control L to highlight the URL and Control C to copy. In Google Classroom, click on the 3 dots on the assignment in the stream to edit the assignment. Choose to attach a LINK. Use Control V to paste the link to yourdocument.
