2021 Convention Registration Information. REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: AFHE Membership and Convention Registration are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are unable to attend this year’s AFHE Convention for some reason, please know that you are supporting a non-profit organization that serves the Arizona homeschool community all year long and we appreciate your support. AFHE - GRADUATION FOR ARIZONA HOMESCHOOL STUDENTS Mark your calendars and make plans to join us for a very special evening honoring Arizona homeschooled students graduating from senior high in a formal, reverent, cap and gown ceremony. The 29th annual AFHE Senior High Graduate Recognition Ceremony will be held. Friday, May 28, 2021. 7:00 – AFHE - ARIZONA HOMESCHOOL GRADUATION INFORMATION for Registered Graduates. 1:00 PM – Sound check for musicians. 1:00 PM – Graduate check-in opens. 2:00-4:00 PM – Mandatory rehearsal for graduates. 4:00-6:00 PM – Dinner break. 5:30 PM – Gown room open. 6:45 PM – All graduates lined up in caps and gowns. 7:00 PM – Ceremony begins. 9:00 PM – Ceremony concludes. AFHE maintains a list of homeschool support groups from across the state as a reference for Arizona homeschooling parents.
