يعد مكتب الأبنية للاستشارات الهندسية من المكاتب العريقة في مجال الاستشارات والتصاميم الهندسية للمشاريع العقارية والتجارية والسكنية ويقدم مجموعة متكاملة من الخدمات الهندسية للعملاء والجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية منذ أكثر من 20 عاما تحت إدارة مؤسسها المهندس أنس صالح صيرفي منذ عام 1988 م . قام مكتب الابنية للاستشارات الهندسية بتصميم وتطوير عديد من المشاريع الريادية والبارزة في المجالات العلمية والاسواق التجارية والمتعددةالاستخدام حيث يقدم المكتب العديد من الخدمات والاستشارات الهندسية ومن بينها إدارة المشاريع , التخطيط والتصميم الهندسي , الملتيميديا والإظهار المعماري , الدراسات المرورية , قسم مساحة الأراضي , وكذلك قسم خاص بالاستشارات البيئية . ويضم المكتب عديد من الكوادر من المهندسين والاستشاريين المؤهلين في جميع التخصصات الهندسية حيث يقوم المكتب بتأمين فريق عمل محترف سواء لمرحلة التصميم او مرحلة الانشاء واختيار الصيغة المناسبة لعقود العمل واسلوب التعامل مع المشروع وفقا لحجم المشروع وطبيعته , كما يقوم بتطبيق إجراءات الهندسة القيمية واختيار البديل المناسب للمشروع اقتصادياوعمليا .
