Create or sign in to your account to subscribe to garden waste. It costs £30 per year for one garden bin to be emptied. You can have additional bins emptied at a cost of £25 each. To support and maintain our critical services during this time, we have closed the Customer Services Points at our offices in Derby Street, Ormskirk, and the Concourse Shopping Centre in Skelmersdale. Please help us to support you by accessing non-emergency services on this website which are available 24 hours a day. Please understand, we are prioritising calls to ensure we can continue to provide our essential services. For anyone who cannot access services online, our Customer Services team can be contacted on 01695 577177 If you are vulnerable we have launched West Lancs Together with local health and community partners to help you. If you have been told to self-isolate due to COVID, you may be eligible for a test and trace support payment.
Our Money Advice Team can offer great advice if you are struggling financially, and you can find out what support you can get with paying bills, rent or a mortgage, or getting food if you are affected by the coronavirus on the government website (external link).
