SLOW-COOKER HONEY MUSTARD DRUMSTICKS Slow-Cooker Honey Mustard Drumsticks. 1. Mix together all sauce ingredients. 2. Add chicken to slow-cooker and coat with sauce. 3. Cook on high for 3-4 hours (will be done after 3 but whenever you can turn it off). 4. Serve warm over rice. HOW TO SURVIVE SHINGLES (AND NOT GO TOTALLY CRAZY!) In my case I literally wanted all the warm, green veggies in broth. Particularly kale and bok choy. Interestingly my acupuncturist told me that bok choy is a common healing and cooling food in Traditional Chinese Medicine and that because shingles is excessive heat in your body, bok choy was a great cooling choice. Place mixed ingredients into your ice cream maker (I use the KitchenAid ice cream attachment) Mix for 35-40 minutes or until consistency is reached with your ice cream maker. Freeze for 2 hours.
