TARATOR SOUP
When I was a little girl, my dad (who is still a great cook) made a cold soup during summer time which he called “Tarator”. For many years I believed that this was a name that he invented for this recipe in order to impress us :-) False, my friends. A TEENAGER’S THOUGHTS Hey there! My name is Lydia, and I am Evina’s elder daughter. This is my first attempt to share my feelings with you here in Cook & Feel. During the last few weeks that all of us (I hope) stayed home in order to stay safe, I had the chance to throwback to various memories, old moments while digging up photos, greeting cards, paintings, children’s wishes buried in playful diaries, etc. HOMEMADE CEREAL BARS In a deep nonstick skillet, add the honey and the vanilla extract. Over medium heat, heat the honey until it becomes fluid and then addthe peanut butter.
SPICY TUNA BRUSCHETTA Toast the bread slices according to your preference. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with sea salt. Meanwhile in a bowl mix with a fork the cream cheese, the tuna (drained from its oil), the lemon juice, the parsley and the chili or cayenne pepper. ΓΕΜΙΣΤΆ ΣΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΣΑΡΌΛΑ Εβίνα, τέλεια τα γεμιστά. Μύρισε καλοκαίρι. Εγώ τα έβαλα και 2 λεπτάκια στο grill, για να τους ξεγελάσω λίγο. They match perfectly with many side dishes i.e. rice, french fries, mashed potatoes, pasta, etc. Meatballs are being fried first and then you cook them in the tomato sauce.SPINACH WITH RICE
Wash the spinach thoroughly. Put 50 ml of olive oil in a crock pot over medium to high temperature. Cook the onions, dried onion and leek for 5 minutes until they become transparent.ORANGE MARMALADE
In a large pot, add water and boil the oranges for about 1 hour until well softened and then strain them. Weight the oranges and finely chopthem.
GREEK HOMEMADE PASTA WITH TOMATO SAUCE In a saucepan, bring to boil the water having added the butter and the tomato paste. Once boiled, add the pasta, salt, pepper and lower heatto the minimum.
CAROB BREAD
In a large bowl, put the dry yeast and the warm water (put 250 grammars in the beginning, and if necessary, add a little more to the dough) and mix with a spoon. STUFFED TOMATOES AND BELL PEPPERS Wash the tomatoes and bell peppers thoroughly. Cut the upper part of the bell peppers and keep it on the side. Repeat the same procedurewith the tomatoes.

Μεγάλο Σάββατο πρωί και πρέπει να γίνουν κάτι τελευταίες δουλειές.
