Two historic icons have come together to create a new ski called the K2 Rolling Stones SideStash Ski, this special edition ski is "50 years in the making" they say as it commemorates the birth of K2 in 1961 and the RollingStones in 1962.
FULL TILT HIGH FIVE BOOTS REVIEW The Full Tilt High Five boots were definitely more at home in bounds than out providing a solid, responsive and comfortable ride. The progressive flex of the corrugated tongue was noticeable (in a good way) on variable days with hard pack bumps and, of course, the skin track as I already mentioned. SALOMON GUARDIAN AT BINDINGS REVIEW At 2960g per pair the Salomon Guardian 16 AT bindings are undeniably heavy, but with this weight comes some benefits as well. Salomon has branded the Guardian 16s with the tagline "Lower, Wider, Easier" and I would have to agree with each of these. FIRST ASCENT KARAKORAM 20 SLEEPING BAG REVIEW Overall the First Ascent Karakoram 20 Down sleeping bag received one of the highest ratings of all the bags we tested and was one of my personal favourites. It seems that First Ascent got the equation right: warmth + light weight + comfort + features = winner. It also doesn't hurt that this was the least expensive sleeping bag and bestlooking

OSPREY KODE 42 SKI TOURING BACKPACK REVIEW The Kode 42 Pack from Osprey has a very good layout, fits all my touring gear and has room for extras. I like to take an insulated jacket, spare gloves, basic first aid kit and a big water bottle along with my probe and shovel. If I took this pack on an over night I have found space for a sleeping bag and sleeping mat without a struggle.HOME
